From an early age, sport and being active was a massive part of my life. For as long as I can remember I have been playing cricket and football.
Later on in life I discovered the gym and all the benefits that came along with it. This led to me wanting to qualify as a personal trainer and show everyone else the benefit of a healthy lifestyle. Throughout my 12 years as a personal trainer I have helped 100s of people improve their lives through exercise and a healthier way of life. Taking people from gym beginners to being confident to walk into gyms alone is something that fills me with joy each day. I have had clients who have lost significant amounts of weight, ran Marathons, completed long distance triathlons, recovered from lower back pain or just become stronger and fitter for everyday life. I am able to understand my client's needs about exercising whilst balancing family life as I have a wife and two young children of my own and spending time with them whilst staying active is a massive part of my life. More recently I have qualified as a Strength & Conditioning Coach and started working within football teams looking to become fitter, faster and stronger. This has also opened up a new branch of my business as I now work one-to-one with athletes who are looking for that extra edge in their performance. |
